Are we a good fit?

Running is so much more than following a training plan. Throughout a training cycle there will be highs and lows, moments of belief and doubt. As a coach, I aim to provide athletes with the ability to handle the fluctuations of training, channel success, and challenge adversity. I offer full communication availability through an unlimited-contact policy so athletes know they always have someone in their corner. I respond to training insights and questions through Final Surge and am available by text anytime.

Pricing

I provide full coaching services at a price of $125 per month. This includes:

  • Individualized training plans: includes weekly mileage plan, workouts, tapering schedule, and any other individual needs

  • Access to a library of strength, plyometric, and recovery routines

  • Unlimited-contact with coaching, including bi-weekly/monthly check-ins

  • Race planning - One-on-one preparation including strategy and execution

  • A focus on personal growth and exploration through athletics!

How does it work?

My coaching services start with an introduction between coach and athlete. I want to get to know you as a person first, and an athlete second. I want to know what excites you, what scares you, and what makes you tick. After discussing your history and your goals, I will develop the training framework that suits you.

I provide training through Final Surge. On this platform I can provide you with detailed daily workouts and training routines, analyze your efforts, and receive feedback from you. Your feedback is crucial and provides me with an understanding of your adaptations to training stimulus, and any other variables that impact training.

I provide training on a bi-weekly basis, giving athletes the time to prepare and adjust as necessary, because life happens! Training falls within a larger, periodized framework specific to you and your goals.
