A bit about me.
I truly have spent my life in the sport of running. I was born to parents that were - and still are - highly dedicated runners track coaches. I like to share a story of my first Cross Country meet - I was born on a Thursday and attended my first meet that Saturday. I grew up on the team bus, playing in the long jump pit, and was completely immersed in the sport.
Competing at every level of the sport, I am equipped with a lifetime of knowledge. After competing at the elite level in high school, I continued on to run in Division 1 at Purdue University and Syracuse University where I found both individual and team success. Competing amongst the best the US had to offer, I qualified for multiple national meets, highlighted amongst them an 11th place team finish at the 2018 NCAA XC National Meet. I continued post collegiately, competing with the Roots Running Project in the US professional running scene. I qualified for and raced in the 2022 US Track and Field Championships, having been amongst the fastest US steeplechasers that year.
I currently coach at the D3 level, and am the Head Track/XC Coach at Bard College in New York. I love the challenge of coaching events outside of my background as it forces me to become well rounded and understanding of all types of athletes.
Let’s get to work.
I am currently accepting new athletes!
